Matt Smith, Head Coach of the SAINT IGNATIUS HOCKEY TEAM, reached out to Gameplan Creative as they prepared for their upcoming season at the Chicago Blackhawks’ world-class training facility, Fifth Third Arena. The arena—known for hosting beginner hockey programs, adult leagues, youth development, public skating sessions, and elite-level tournaments—also serves as a premier home for youth and high school hockey clubs across the city.

With access to such a cutting-edge facility, Coach Smith and his team sought to match that level of excellence in their visual identity—starting with elevated uniforms and a reimagined locker room environment. Gameplan was given full creative freedom to bring this vision to life, ensuring the team’s new look would be as elite as the ice they skate on.
